Hi again Mike,
I am able to back-up to the hard drive, I have been doing that daily, since
the problem started.
The SDLT resides ont he server, and is not currently problematic. The
peroblem lies on my local XP machine. Perhaps it is a bad tape. I will try a
new one, to rule that out.
