This is normal Windows behavior if there is no password on the
administrator account and that's the only account on the system. Either add
a password or add another user.
OR
If autologon has been setup, undo it. Two common methods for configuring
autologon:
1) Start> Run: control userpasswords2 On the screen that appears check box
that requires users to log on with a password
2) TweakUI offers autologon: Open the program, expand Logon and click on
Autologon. Remove check from box to log on automatically.
