Not sure what you mean about chipset drivers, but as stated I have (and
used) the USB2 card installation CD.
According to every diagnostic (System Manager, Belarc and Everest) there's
no probs, every device is functionng normally. Also, I auto-update (SP2
installed months ago, and all later updates as released).
I have a totally clean system, defended by AVG, MS antispyware latest beta,
Spybot, Adaware, and daily clean/defrag by Tune-up Utilities schedule. I run
total manual scans at least weekly, so, it ain't malware.
PC is working fine on all apps/hardware - except USB2. Just installed new
DVD_RW to replace DVD_R - that too working just fine.
