Thank you very much for all the information. I'll go through it in
detail tomorrow when I have time. I just want to add a couple bits of
info I left out.

I did go back to a previous system restore point but it didn't help.
I have ZoneAlarm, but it doesn't seem to matter if it's running or
not. Windows firewall is disabled.

I'll try Add/Remove tomorrow and report back.
