Two are garbage, two are probably viruses.

I think you meant mm_tray.exe, which is part of Music Match. It doesn't need
to load at boot, click start/run and type msconfig and disable this on the
startup tab.

Another virus, same instructions as the first one.
> - ypager.exe
Yahoo pager, same thing as Music Match - unnecessary to load at startup. You
may find that you will need to reinstall both of those applications.
