Dear John,
Please remove/uninstall your LAN card from Device Manager and then re-boot
your machine. Insert the second card and on restart it will configure it
automatically. If not then you have to provide the right drivers. Also
please note that you might get a message to activate your copy of Windows XP
after the HW change in your machine.
