That message appears to be an indication of some sort of spyware
infestation in your computer. One reference indicates that an item
named "abetterinternet" was involved.

First try MVP Jim Eshelman's free online spyware scan at
http://aumha.org/a/noads.htm and then use his Spyware Quick Fix
Procedure at http://www.aumha.org/a/quickfix.htm to clean it up.
