You will need to be logged in as administrator to do this. Right click on
My Computer and select Properties, or open System Properties in the Control
Panel. Go to the Advanced tab and click the Settings button under User
Profiles. In the list of profiles, select the one you want to delete and
click the Delete button. Once that is complete, OK your way out of System
Properties.

You will then want to delete the account. Right click on My Computer and
select Manage. Expand Computer Management, System Tools, Local Users and
Groups, Users. With Users selected, right click on the user in the right
pane that you want to delete and select Delete.
