Hi Michael,
Thanks for replying. Even though I have SBC Yahoo DSL, I changed the
settings as you suggested, rebooted my computer but I still had the same
problem of having to wait over a minute to connect and to get into Netword
Connections in Control Panel. Hopefully a different setting change will
help. Any more ideas?
