I wouldn't be surprised either; but what I would expect by now, would be a
task force that accepts information and follows up. I'm surprised that
countries are dragging their feet in this regard. There's no point
expounding, I'm sure it's all been said, but if numbskull can blow billions
in Iraq... of course, doesn't say much for the American people, they had
their chance.
