    Hi ... I believe sometimes certain post from the type you were trying to use
    ( web-based reader ) doesn't always appear with OE newsreader server , but I
    believe OE newsreader does get most of them ... I don't think it matter
    which email address you use for that type of newsgroup ... If you like to
    use newsgroup for windows xp only , have a look at this website below... I
    believe its the same one as you used at your sister or at the library , If
    you just click on " Use web based reader " but if you just click on " Open
    with newsreader " this type will load up your Outlook Express and add that
    newsgroup to your list automatically ... Have a try ...
