Hi-
I was having all kinds of problems, pages would not display, the restore
feature on XP got messed up and wouldn't work. My daughter got the
page will not display and her MSN 9 got corrupted and she couldn't get
online. She was able to use her restore feature but it did not solve
the problem. She called Zone Alarm and they readily admitted the latest
update they sent out this week is the culprit. They have a fix, I don't
see it posted on their website yet. The call costs $2.99 a minute, so I
would email them or chat w/ a tech from their website to get the link
for the fix. Hopefully they will post something on the site. I am
waiting for my daughter to email the link , and apparently it depends on
whether or not you have uninstalled Z. A. during this time to try to
fix, as to which link you need. Z. A. has been inundated with calls!
I have a feeling all the posts regarding wierd issues all of a sudden
cropping up during this past week are Zone Alarm users.
Unfortunately I don't have time to post to other news groups this
morning as I have to leave, but if you could get the word out I'm sure
it will help a lot of people- there are an awful lot of Z. A. users out
there.
Thanks,
Midge
