Do you have any System Restore Points to times before these programs went
missing? Put "restore" no quotes in your run box and then click "rstrui"
(3rd item down).

I have Control Panel come up as a menu. Just to see, I switched to classic
view with the same results.
I will experiment with Kellys when I find it. I saw A-Z the other day when I
first started troubleshooting this but I'll be damned if remember where in
the hell that was. It is mind boggling with all the links.
