Rescue Disk

I am running windows XP and need to put the computer back to factory
settings, the only thing is it usually works but for the past 7 atemps the
disk would load but before it gets to the menu (e.g. do you want to format
the drive press 1 etc) a message appears asking to insert the cd call master
CD 1 (but i only have a disk called rescue disk.)
