Tnere appears to be not enough hard drive to load xp
onto. I have been told that once installed the os will
give some hard drive back, but to get it on it uses more
space than it will eventually need.
The messages (off the top of my head) read
1 - not enough memeory to install, please delete some
applications currently installed on your pc
I then deleted a number of applications
2 - not enough memory to install. would you like to delete
your current OS files and install XP
The fact that it wanted me to delete applicatins suggests
it wants to use hard drive. RAM on my pc is 128mb, not
the biggest but it ought to do.
