Do a search on the CD for setup.exe. It may be one level deeper in the
directory. For example there may be a Win98 folder with setup.exe and
a Win XP folder with a setup.exe. So the path would be
d:\winXP\setup.exe instead of d:\setup.exe. Just a guess bit I've ran
across this a couple of times.
