We tried to make the exchange but were to late. 14 day return/exchange policy.
I would expect the school is using a OEM CD.

There was no mention of XP Pro in the specs when I first looked into the
laptop class program. We purchased the new Toshiba with XP Home and found
out after the 14 days that we had this issue.

I am in a bind.
