First ensure that the drive is on the Primary Controller and it's jumper
setting is in the Master position. Go to the Western Digital website and
check to see the correct setting. Next boot the computer with the XP CD, use
the option to repair with the Recovery Console. Use the instructions found
here under How To Partition http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/repair_xp.htm
to simply delete the partition. Type Exit while leaving the XP CD in the
drive. The compute should reboot. It should boot directly to the CD. Select
the option to Setup Windows XP and that should do it.
