Hi
It's Excel 2003.
I press and hold alt, then when I press tab, the preview window of active
programs appears. While keeping alt depressed, successive presses of tab
switch the preview to other programs or to other workbooks that are opened.
When I release the alt key the program that was currently highlighted becomes
the active program.
In previous operating systems / versions of Excel, it would move me to
another workbook, however in this version it just activates whatever the last
workbook was.
There are other ways of swithcing between workbooks, however I find this one
to be very convenient. Perhaps Microsoft has a patch if they read this forum?
Thanks
Jim
