Corrupt file

Hello i put a file on a floppy disk but when i put it onto a CD disc on D:/ it wouldnt open and now i have put it back on the computer it wont open, the error that comes up is:

the document name or path is not valid then it gives suggestions, but i dont understand this! What do i do to recover the file with graphics and everything?
