Download and install TweakUI for Windows XP.
TweakUI is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp (SP1 and later systems)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/home/downloads/powertoys.asp (Pre SP1 systems)
In the My Computers, Special Folders section, you can change the Installation Path.
To install from your hard disk, you will need a Win98/Me boot disk, and the partition you want to install to must be FAT or FAT32, as the Startup diskette will not recognize an NTFS partition.
