Missing standard XP Modem Drivers

If only it were that simple. The Cell phone has no
specific driver. It merely uses the "Standard 19200 bps
Modem" driver that is included with XP. The problem is
that ALL included with XP modem drivers are no longer
listed in my Control Panel after the XP "Repair"
process. They may or may not be on my machine, but XP
can't find them. There is no actual modem, as the Cell
phone is connected to a USB port that uses a Serial-to-
USB port driver (that is still there and working), and
simply Plugging and playing won't work. There must be
some simple way to restore Microsoft's Standard Modem
Drivers..... This shouldn't have happened and it
shouldn't be this hard!
