Type 'regsvr32 shimgvw' in RUN box and restart Windows. If the problem is not fixed, reinstall the Image Resizer Powertoy:

Hi,
I used to send fotos by email, by right-clicking over the foto and choose
send to - mail recipient. Then i was asked if i wanted the photo to be
reduced to send by email.
I don't know why but now, when i try to send photos, the XP don't ask me to
reduce the photos anymore. How do i configure the XP to reduce the fotos
before sending the email?
