You might try to add the URL's of those sites in IE Security/Restricted
Zones or to edit the "hosts" file. Well, IE will still open but w/ a "File
not found" message (which you can change w/ a message of your choice...
"Gotcha!!!" or whatever :). A blank home page, disabled autocomplete etc
might make it a little bit more difficult to access the Internet. Also, you
might try to lock the Internet access in your Firewall while you are not at
the computer etc.
