Microsoft has a Knowledge Base article (817357)on this at
http://tinyurl.com/2tosx . Unfortunately, you have to contact them for
the fix. I am having the same problem and I have not tried Microsoft's
fix yet, but I found your posting in my search so I thought I'd post
the link to the article here, too, since it seems like several people
are having the same problem.
