program auto-launch on USB connection

Hi.
I am trying to find where to change the settings for when you connect a USB device and the appropriate program loads and runs ie plug in my firewire camcorder and Studio loads. All USB ports are working normally, devices are recognized, everything is nominal.
I just cant find where to add, remove, or change what program starts when whatever USB device is plugged in.
Running XP Home edition full.
