My computer starts and shows the Welcome screen with all
the user profiles listed but when I access any one of
them no Start Menu or Desktop icons appear.
Do I Reinstall XP or use the Recover Panel?
How do I use Recover Panel to find the corrupt file?
When I try to shutdown through Task Manager (no Start
Menu) I get the Explore.EXE Not Responding dialogue and
subsequent Savings Settings...before I use the power
button to shut down.
HELP!
