Hi

I can see that several people have been having similar problems over
the last 9 months or so, but haven't been able to see a fix for this.
Occasionally (not every time) that I select Windows Restart, then my
system will shut down instead. At first, I thought I had selected the
wrong option, but have noticed this problem several times now in the
last month. Unfortunately, its probably a bit late to use System
Restore.

I am running XP Home, which is pretty up to date in terms of security
patches. I just wonder if that is where I have picked up this problem?

Any ideas ?
