There is this program on my computer. I don't know where I got it, or
if it came with it when I bought it. The program is named in
start\all programs:
Microsoft XML Parser SDK

When I fire it up, It says it is a programmers program. I have MSXML
files all over the place (different stuff, .dll, etc). Am I correct
in assuming that I don't need this program, and that it is only for
programmers to create MSXML stuff? Whatever that is/does?

But I cannot find the program on my Hard Drive.. No path presents
itself when I put the cursor over the program shortcut in
start\all programs. And I a search presents me with tons of stuff
when typing in "msxml". (MSXML is what is at the top of the window
when I fire up the program).

Just curious as heck.
