After closing Turbo Tax 2003 a message appeared on screen
that some files had been corrupted in XP so I needed to
reinstall Windows XP. I inserted the CD and began the
process on 4/4/04 at about 8:30 a.m. It is still running
and it's now 4/5/04 1:30 p.m. Frequents reboots have
occurred. "Installing Windows" is still highlighted.

Any solutions?
