When you save a new file to a folder, XP will initially add it to the
*bottom* of the list. The next time you open the folder, it will list in
its proper position.
You can force the sort without closing/opening Explorer by clicking on one
of the column headers (as previously described) or right click and use the
Arrange By... menu options.
