Hi, Glenn, if you are planning on synchronizing data-files, then the program
"SecondCopy" is what you should use. I am using it to copy My Documents to
the laptop using a profile "Exact Copy" and if the HD fails in my desktop I
am able to re-install all my data after HD installation.
