whether Outlook can be set up to minimize into the Notification Area
rather than on the Taskbar. If this can be done, enable the option in
the Start Menu shortcut for Outlook (you may want to create another
shortcut for this purpose to have the original shortcut still
available). Create a Scheduled Task that starts the shortcut (not
OUTLOOK.EXE directly).
