Problem Solved...
Windows xp wouldnt allow me to reinstall, restore, repair
or delete the partitions with my XP CD. I kept getting the blue
screen when I tried to initiate these processes. The simple solution
was to use the FDISK utility to delete the partitions. After that I
was able to reformat and reinstall XP.
