Have a you updated drivers recently? If so, you may want to roll them back.

Was there a STOP code, as that is more informative than the BCCode. You
might want to consider installing Dr Watson as your default debugger to
gleam more information. To do so, at the Start:Run box, type "drwtsn32 -i"
(without the quotes). Then, if this or another hang occurs, you can search
for DRWTSN32.LOG and go the bottom of the (appended) file in notepad. Look
for what recently caused the failure.
