Thank you for the advice. I have scanned for virus', ran ad-ware, ran
spybot. One result from all of them is one common
file.........new.net.........which all three is unable to delete,
quarantine, or otherwise get rid of. I am not sure if that is my problem or
not.

Further, I have also done all of the other things you mentioned within the
control panel.

I am in hopes that all of the above actions has taken care of my problem.
