Have you scanned your system for viruses? Also, you should check for any
spyware/malware on your system, download, install and run Ad Aware,
www.lavasoftusa.com.
Open Control Panel, open Internet Options, on the General tab, click Delete
Cookies, Delete Files (accept the option to delete all offline content and
click Clear History, then try the Internet again through IE.
I must say, given you are having this problem with all browsers, you either
have some setting or software on your system that is the source of this
issue or you have some sort of problem with your connection or Internet
setup in which case it might be best for you to contact your service
provider and have them walk you through setup. If that doesn't resolve it,
maybe they can help you troubleshoot this issue.
