After a brief power outage, I tried to reboot my PC and it looks like
it is going to start up, but it comes to the screen that you have to
choose either safe mode, safe mode with network, safe mode with
command prompt, or normal, or last known configuration. I have tried
every option above and the screen will come up in DOS and list a lot
of files then clicks off and reboots back up to the first screen
where you have to choose the options above. It won't let me get any
further.
