when I try to change my pic on the desktop, i get a message saying "the
administrator had disabled this function. Which I didn't. Now how do i get
it back on. Yes I already went through the control panel stuff...guess what?
It didn't work. Please help!!!!!!! The same pic is really starting to get to
me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
