How to "downgrade" to XP Professional from XP64?

I've been suffering through XP64 drivers, bugs, etc. planning to upgrade to
VIsta. However, after seeing Vista requirements, I'm better off converting
to regular 32 bit XP Professional. Do I need to use the XP Professional full
addition or can I get by with the XP Professional upgrade?

Help! I can't seem to find that info anywhere on the Microsoft site...

Many thanks,
Sally
