Tammy,
Try this:
While the system booting up press or Tap F8 until you get the boot up
options, one of them Last known good configuration select it or you can
select safe Mode, in safe Mode try to reverse the changes for the rescue disk.

Dear Nass,

Thankyou for your suggestion, but it seems that the caps lock is not on, i
set the admin and system passwords from within the F2 section, that shows all
the devices and process's, but when the computer was started up, i am asked
to input the password, when trying to access the computer, or when i click
F2 or F12, but no characters will type in at all, nothing, so now i can
access anything without the password being entered, but i can enter password,
because the keyboard is not typing.

Is there anything else i can do please advice me, time is getting on, and i
can not get access to my files.

Thankyou sincerely.

Hi Tammy,
Did you tried Safe Mode and make a system restore to before the Rescue Disk,
also does the rescue disk created on the Hard drive or on a Removable Disk
like CD/DVD?.
Try to use the mouse to activate the Input text for the password, it may be
the cursor not in the Input text?.
again try another Keyboard if your Keyboard wireless, try wired keyboard to
get better result with issue, don't worry about accessing your files/folders
for now, which you need is how to reverse the changes from the Rescue Disk
by going to the Panda security control panel (the Panda Anti-virus) and see
if you can disable the Rescue disk.
Did you create password for panda beside the rescue disk?.

Dear Nass,

I can not even access safe mode, windows, or any other F key and upon the
black screen there is no ability to move the cursor, only enter a password.
I think there is also some misunderstanding i have not used the rescue disk
yet at all, i never got round to that stage, i actually set passwords from
with the section of the F2 key, then after i started the computer, a black
screen comes up and asks me for a password, not matter what key i press or if
i leave it to go to windows, but upon the black screen i can not type in any
letters or numbers, or any other character, no other button works either,
Esc, num lock or any of the F keys. So now i do not know what to do, i have
not even got a recovery disk, and all backups, were created internally in the
backup drive, even the restore can only be done if i can access the windows,
but i can not without the password that was created in the F2 function.

Is there anything else that can be done please.

Try the tool below to override any password, read the help file first then
implement the procedure.
Forgot your NT admin password?

Dear Nass,

It seems this will not work either, as i can not boot up the system or open
safe mode etc, nothing will open without the password that will not enter.

Thankyou sincerely.
What you mean it will not work, try to create the CD on another computer and
boot up with it and you will be prompted to start with the CD and follow the
instructions.
So by F2 you mean you set up a password in the BIOS?, try to Open the
computer case and take the CMOS Battery out for about 3 minutes, during this
period of time try unplug the power cord and press the Power Button on the
case to drain out any charge left on the Motherboard, then put back the
Battery and try to boot up, do you get the password prompt?, if you do try
the CMOS procedure again.

Dear Nass,

As i am not familiar with the actual opening of the computer cases, i do not
know where the CMOS battery is, to be able to take it out, or the power cord
you are referring to, Do i switch on the PC as normal but without the CMOS
battery, or am i wrong, can you please guide me where these parts are, and
clearer instructions on what part to touch. I am willing to learn if you can
kindly advice me.

Thankyou sincerely, Tammy

Tammy,
My advice to you in this situation is to take the machine while it is intact
to a local repair shop to repair it for you.
From your inability to recognize the Power cord which is the cable from your
computer/case to the wall mains or if you have a UPS power supply ( I don't
mean any offence here) it is not your cup of tea job, so best if you gone for
the professional to do it for you.
