Go to: Start>Search>Files and Folders>type Fixccs.exe and click Search.

I have updated to sp2 and since then my iPod is not visible in my computer
or in the device manager, i have looked in various sites and they suggest
getting Fixccs.exe i don't know where i can get it or if it will fix my
problem for sure, can you guys help, i am not real good with complicated
things so please keep it simple!
