Issues with recyle bin

I recently downloaded a virused file which I promptly deleted but when I
went to empty the recycle bin the virus message popped up again. All of the
icons in the recycle bin dissappeared but there is something still in there.
When I click empty recycle bin, even though I can't see anything in there,
asks me if I'm sure I want to delete the file (in this case 'killer ring
tone'). I click yes but it says Cannot delete Dd1: Cannot read from the
source file or disk and the virus message is displayed again. What can I
do?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Kane
