You have third party burning software installed.

Some third party programs disable XP burning; others co-exist fine with it.
It sounds like your third party program is in the "disable XP burning
category." This results in XP regarding the optical drive as a reader only,
hence no SendTo options. In other words, the Sonic software is entirely in
control of your drive's burning features.

For SendTo options to be available, they need to be established by the
Sonic software. You might check Sonic or HP support to see what solutions
they can offer.
