Please help as my laptop is not starting up on Windows XP after it did
some
auto up-dates last night before shutting down.
I have turned off a couple of times and tried selection start windows
normally during loading, no joy still stuck on windows page and have also
tried selecting start windows on pevious successfull settings, no joy
their
either.
Please help???
I wanted to ask the Microsoft team but I also need the product code for
this
but how can I get it when the PC won't load???
