KaZaa Peer to Peer Network

I have Windows XP. I am new to the computer world.
I was told about Kazaa and tried to download it. No
success. When I get to the Installer it says click "next"
to download. My "next" button has a white circle around
it and when I click, nothing happens! Am I doing something
wrong? Do I have a setting somewhere that will not let
me download? I would ask KaZaa but they have no support
by mail or phone. Appreciate any help. Thank You.
