Blue Screen of Death: Shutdown Problem

Hello everyone,

I am having problems with my PC. Every time I run a virus scan it gives
me the blue screen of death and an error message:

(0X00000000, 0X00000000, 0X00000000, OX00000000)

When I start the PC up again I get another message saying a fatal error
has occurred; followed by an error code:

BCCode:7f BCP1:00000000 BCP2: 00000000 BCP3:00000000 BCP4:00000000
OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:1_0 Product256_1

Also, the following files are included in the error report:

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini:100806-02.dmp
C:\\DOCUME~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4.temp.dir00\sydata.xml

Initially this problem would only happen when running a virus scan,
although the problem has now occurred when using the PC generally.

From the information I've been able to find, I thought that the
problem was connected to my graphics card. I have reinstalled and
updated my drivers, but the problem still occurs. Could the problem be
related to my memory allocation...possible a memory mismatch?

I'm at a loss as what to do at the moment. Can someone please help me?
Thanks in advance for your time, and help.

Best wishes,

Owen
