If it's been less than 120 days since you last installed XP, you may need to activate using the phone option. Jut select to activate by telephone in the activation window.

The Product Key, or watever i have been using to ACTIVATE windows does NOT
WORK.

I do not think my windows is counterfeit. I just formatted it a few days ago
and now the product key doesn't work. Somebody told me if i had used it
before, i would need to contact windows to be able to use it again?
