You cannot add an Address Bar to OE, however, you can add the Address Bar to
the taskbar which would make it visible no matter what application you are
using.

Right click the Taskbar and select Toolbars / Address.

I use OE as my mail server and hotmail as a homepage. I belong to a few
groups that only take hotmail addresses. My question is this. I need an
address area on either site to put in urls of places I want to go. Both
sites have search only and I want an address line???? Make sense?
