Error when running reports through Enterprise.

When I try run reports through enterprise I am asked to install the
Crystal Smart Viewer ActiveX control.

I then click install but the message appears again 2 more times. Once
I have clicked install for the 3rd time I am then asked to install
Report Parameter dialog Control. I then press Install and the report
can be viewed fine.

Surely I shouldn't have to install these components every time I
run/view a report and surely I shouldn't be asked 3 times to install
the first activex.

Anybody got any ideas? I do have local Admin rights on the PC.
